- Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. - Item Condition
To be eligible for our return policy, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not have been altered or damaged.
- Return Process
If you wish to return the item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Contact us via our Customer Service email at christopherjohnny@mercerfield.com or by calling (716) 801-8222, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please be sure to include this number on the return package. Packing: Properly pack the goods along with all original packaging and labels.
Returning Goods: Return the package to our designated return address. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless due to incorrect shipment or product defect).
- Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be processed using your original payment method, excluding shipping costs (unless the return was due to our error).
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and issue the refund.
